Job Description

1. Support customer deployments of Pentera and Vectra solutions or similar platform.
2. Provide technical guidance, onboarding, and training for clients
3. Collaborate with SOC teams to improve detection and response strategies.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation and maintenance.
5. Document best practices and create technical reports for customers.
6. Document findings, provide actionable recommendations, and support security posture improvements.
7. Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customer satisfaction and effective product utilization.
8. Obtain technical certification for products that company distributes.
9. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

1. 2–4 years of professional experience in cybersecurity engineering, SOC operations, or penetration testing.
2. Strong knowledge of network security, threat detection, and vulnerability management.
3. Hands-on experience with security tools (Pentera, Vectra, or similar platforms preferred).
4. Familiarity with network security, vulnerability management, and SOC workflows.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
6. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
7. Professional certifications (e.g., CEH, CISSP, CompTIA Security+) are a plus.
