Responsibilities:

• Execute engineering tasks and provide technical support to the Process Engineering team.

• Participate in the development, adjustment, and optimization of medical device assembly processes.

• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including engineering builds and process validations.

• Execute and document equipment and process qualification activities (IQ/OQ/PQ).

• Collect, analyze, and interpret process data to identify improvement opportunities and ensure process stability.

• Prepare protocols, technical reports, and required documentation for validations and process changes.

• Apply problem-solving methodologies and tools to improve performance, quality, and productivity.

• Provide support in quality investigations related to manufacturing processes.

Qualifications:

• Technical degree in Electromechanics, Electronics, or a related technical field, or at least 50% completed coursework toward a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electronic, Materials Engineering, or a related field.

• 2 to 3 years of proven experience as a technician in manufacturing environments.

• Knowledge of process validation and technical documentation in regulated environments.

• Basic to intermediate English level (A2 or higher).

• Basic knowledge of data analysis and technical problem-solving.

• Experience in the medical device industry or regulated manufacturing.

• Basic knowledge of ERP systems or process monitoring software.

• Basic knowledge of Minitab and design software such as SolidWorks.
