Responsibilities

• Assist Norwegian-speaking clients in exploring our product offerings, delivering tailored recommendations.
• Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Conduct informative product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our solutions effectively.
• Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads and assist in driving sales growth.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to contribute to product improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated on product developments, industry trends, and market dynamics.

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or product consultancy is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex product information clearly.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities focused on customer satisfaction.
• Commitment to assisting clients in achieving their objectives through effective product solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools is a plus.
