Norwegian Speaking Partner Support Consultant

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for Norwegian-speaking partners, addressing their inquiries and support requests.
• Provide expert guidance on product features and integration to enhance partner satisfaction.
• Work closely with partners to diagnose issues and offer effective solutions.
• Thoroughly document partner interactions and resolutions in the support system.
• Monitor trends in partner feedback and collaborate on improving service delivery.
• Engage with internal teams to develop and update support and training materials for partners.

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is required.
• Previous experience in customer service or partner support is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to effectively address partner issues.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Experience with CRM systems and support platforms is beneficial.
• A proactive approach and a strong dedication to enhancing partner success are essential.
