Responsibilities

• Assist Norwegian-speaking customers through chat, email, or phone with their online shopping inquiries.
• Provide detailed product information and personalized recommendations to enhance customer decision-making.
• Efficiently resolve customer issues regarding orders, payments, and returns.
• Gather customer feedback and collaborate with the team to continually improve service quality.
• Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate support.
• Create a positive shopping atmosphere through engaging and effective communication.
• Work closely with team members to optimize the overall customer experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in e-commerce, is preferred.
• Ability to understand customer needs and deliver effective solutions.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms and CRM systems is advantageous.
