Norwegian Speaking Multilingual Support Representative

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is pleased to offer a position for a Norwegian Speaking Multilingual Support Representative. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional customer service to our Norwegian-speaking customers. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding clients through our product offerings in an efficient and professional manner. Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding multilingual support via phone, email, and chat to Norwegian-speaking clients.
• Assist customers with inquiries and troubleshoot issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Educate customers on our products and services to enhance their overall experience.
• Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with team members to improve service quality and resolve complex cases.
• Stay informed about company products and policies to provide up-to-date information to clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian (both spoken and written) is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in customer service roles, especially in a multilingual environment, is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on achieving customer satisfaction.
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is beneficial.
• Positive attitude and a commitment to helping customers succeed.
