Responsibilities

• Offer outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat for our online marketplace.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and marketplace policies in a timely manner.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to foster a positive shopping environment.
• Assist customers in navigating the marketplace and understanding product details.
• Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and feedback to enhance service quality.
• Collaborate with colleagues and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
• Stay informed about marketplace trends, product information, and industry news to provide knowledgeable support.

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in customer service or a marketplace setting is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with online marketplace systems is a plus.
• Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and digital communication platforms.
