Responsibilities

• Engage with Norwegian-speaking gamers through live chat, offering prompt, friendly, and efficient support.
• Address a wide range of gaming-related questions, including gameplay tips, account issues, and technical support.
• Inform players about game updates, features, and community standards.
• Log player interactions and feedback accurately for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the gaming team to provide tailored solutions and gather player insights.
• Encourage a respectful and enjoyable gaming environment among players.

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian (both spoken and written) is required; English proficiency is considered an asset.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong interest in gaming.
• Prior experience in customer service or live chat support is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to manage customer inquiries effectively.
• A passion for gaming, with familiarity with popular games and platforms.
• Experience with live chat tools or customer support software is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, to cater to gamer availability.
