Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to Norwegian-speaking gamers, addressing their inquiries and improving their overall gaming experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve gaming-related issues, providing effective solutions tailored to player needs.
• Inform players about game features, updates, and community events to keep them engaged.
• Document player interactions and feedback meticulously to aid in ongoing improvements.
• Collaborate with the gaming team to incorporate player suggestions and enhance services.
• Promote a positive gaming environment by encouraging respectful communication among players.

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is crucial; English proficiency is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills paired with a genuine enthusiasm for gaming.
• Experience in customer service, gaming support, or community management is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems effectively in a gaming context.
• An avid gamer with knowledge of popular games and gaming platforms.
• Experience with customer support tools and chat systems is advantageous.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends to meet gamer needs.
