Responsibilities

• Monitor chat interactions to ensure they adhere to community guidelines and encourage respectful dialogue among players.
• Engage proactively with players, addressing their inquiries and enhancing their gaming experience through lively conversation.
• Identify and swiftly address any inappropriate behavior or language in the chat.
• Provide support to players by resolving their issues and assisting with questions they may have.
• Collaborate with the gaming development team to implement community initiatives and gather player feedback.
• Report on user interactions to highlight trends and suggest improvements for enhancing the gaming community.

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian (both spoken and written) is essential; familiarity with English is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and an understanding of gaming culture.
• Experience in chat moderation, community management, or customer support is preferred.
• Ability to manage challenging situations while promoting a positive online atmosphere.
• A true passion for gaming and knowledge of popular gaming platforms.
• Familiarity with chat moderation tools and community engagement strategies is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate active gaming periods.
