Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to Norwegian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding fashion products.
• Offer detailed product information, styling suggestions, and personalized recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.
• Promptly address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a friendly, professional manner.
• Accurately document customer interactions and track inquiries in our support system.
• Stay updated on current fashion trends and product offerings to provide informed assistance.
• Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial.
• Previous experience in customer service, especially in the fashion or retail sector.
• A genuine passion for fashion and an understanding of the latest industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to empathize with customers and effectively handle their inquiries.
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer support software and tools is advantageous.
