Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Norwegian-speaking enterprise clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.
• Act as the principal point of contact, offering expert support and strategic insights throughout the client lifecycle.
• Identify client business goals and develop tailored strategies to meet their unique objectives.
• Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with clients to gauge satisfaction and discover new opportunities for collaboration.
• Gather client feedback and implement improvements to optimize service delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service execution and exceed client expectations.

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in client consulting, account management, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively address client needs.
• Adept at navigating complex business scenarios and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Proactive and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering exceptional client value.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and experience in enterprise consulting is preferred.
