Responsibilities

• Interact with clients in Norwegian to assess their needs and provide customized digital store solutions.
• Assist clients in setting up, managing, and optimizing their digital storefronts effectively.
• Deliver training and ongoing support regarding digital retail tools and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share client feedback and contribute to service enhancement.
• Stay informed on e-commerce trends and provide clients with valuable insights.
• Document client interactions to ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is a plus.
• Previous experience in digital retail, e-commerce, or related customer service roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to assess client needs and develop effective solutions.
• Good analytical skills for evaluating performance metrics and providing insights.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
