Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Norwegian through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product-related questions and provide relevant solutions.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for future reference.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian (spoken and written) is essential.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in a customer-facing role is highly desirable.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy.
- Self-motivated and able to work well in a team setting.
- Familiarity with customer service software or CRM systems is a bonus.
