Norwegian Speaking Corporate Customer Advisor

In this important role, you will act as the main point of contact for our corporate clients who speak Norwegian, providing them with high-quality support and solutions tailored to their business needs. Your fluency in Norwegian will enable you to effectively engage with clients, troubleshoot issues, and foster strong professional relationships. Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Norwegian-speaking corporate clients, delivering outstanding customer support.
• Respond to client inquiries through various channels, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
• Efficiently resolve client issues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Educate clients on our products and services to enhance their understanding and usage.
• Document client interactions meticulously for follow-up and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay informed of industry trends and company offerings to provide knowledgeable support.

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian (both spoken and written) is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or corporate advisory positions is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with corporate products and services is an advantage.
• Proficiency in CRM software and digital communication tools is a plus.
