Responsibilities

• Offer outstanding customer support through phone, email, and chat in Norwegian.
• Assist clients with inquiries and troubleshoot product-related issues.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
• Educate clients about our services to help them make the most of their experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service quality.

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian (both spoken and written) is required.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer care.
• A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with customer support software is a plus.
