You will be responsible for addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong, lasting relationships. Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for Norwegian-speaking clients, offering dedicated support and managing inquiries.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients to thoroughly understand their needs and expectations.
• Resolve client concerns and issues promptly and professionally.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to gauge client satisfaction and inform clients about new services or products.
• Keep detailed records of client interactions and ensure accurate documentation in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with various internal departments to enhance the client experience and relay client feedback.
• Stay updated on market trends and company offerings to provide knowledgeable assistance to clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in client relations, customer service, or account management is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on achieving client satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Experience with CRM systems and client management tools is a benefit.
