Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist clients with inquiries related to business operations and support services.
• Proactively resolve customer issues to enhance satisfaction levels.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless business processes.
• Document customer interactions and inquiries accurately in the support system.
• Identify potential areas for improvement in service delivery and recommend actionable solutions.

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian (both spoken and written) is required, along with a good command of English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in business support or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or customer support software is a plus.
• A proactive and upbeat attitude towards assisting customers is essential.
