Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Norwegian-speaking clients to identify their B2B integration requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Design, implement, and troubleshoot B2B integrations between our systems and client platforms.
• Provide ongoing technical support and assistance during the integration process to ensure client satisfaction.
• Accurately document integration workflows and technical specifications for both internal teams and clients.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and innovations in B2B integration technologies.
• Work closely with different departments to enhance integration services and improve client experiences.

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian (both spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is beneficial.
• Previous experience in B2B integration, APIs, or a similar technical field is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly in building client relationships.
• Familiarity with integration technologies (e.g., middleware, ETL, APIs) is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
