North Dakota - Concrete Foreman

Innovative Concrete, LLC is looking for an experienced Commercial Concrete Foreman to lead our crews. In this role, you'll oversee job site activities and help make sure projects stay on schedule, on budget, and up to our quality standards.

As a leader on site, you'll guide your team through daily tasks and work through challenges as they come up. Safety and best practices will be at the center of everything you do, keeping the job site running smoothly and productively for everyone involved.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all activities of concrete crew on job sites
• Interpret blueprints and project specifications, assigning tasks accordingly
• Promote and enforce safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment
• Ensure high-quality work is completed on schedule and meets all specifications
• Conduct regular inspections of work progress, materials and equipment
• Collaborate with superintendent and project manager to report on progress and address issues
• Maintain accurate records of workforce, daily activities, and timelines
• Participate in planning and scheduling of concrete pours and finishing operations
• Address and resolve any on-site issues or conflicts effectively

Requirements

• At least 3 years of concrete experience with a minimum of 2 years in a foreman or supervisory role
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a crew
• Strong knowledge of concrete construction methods, tools, and safety standards
• Physical capability to perform manual labor and work in various weather conditions
• Ability to read understand construction drawings and specifications
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to pass a federal criminal background check
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
