What You'll Do

As a Customer Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional support and creating positive experiences every day.

✔ Assist customers via inbound calls and inquiries
✔ Provide professional, friendly, and solution-oriented support
✔ Resolve customer issues efficiently while demonstrating empathy and care
✔ Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in internal systems
✔ Investigate and troubleshoot issues using available tools, training, and resources
✔ Guide customers toward the best solutions and recommendations based on their needs
✔ Contribute to a high-quality customer experience that reflects the values of world-renowned brands

Requirements

• Citizen UE or Work Permit Portugal;
• Fluency in Swedish OR Norwegian OR Finnish OR Danish (C1/C2 Level or Native);
• Good knowledge of English (B2 level);
• Be living in Lisbon area
• Typing Speed: 25 words per minute.
• Availability to work in rotating shifts
• Good computer skills;
• Any kind of previous experience or contact with clients
• Excellent communication skills;
• Good listening and empathy skills;
• Good time management skills;
• Team spirit and flexibility.
