Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect with strong expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) to lead solution architecture, drive platform best practices, and engage with business stakeholders. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end ServiceNow SPM solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Lead solution architecture discussions and provide technical leadership across ServiceNow implementations.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and leadership teams to gather requirements and define solution roadmaps.
• Conduct architecture reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.
• Drive platform scalability, performance optimization, and solution standardization.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and implementation teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide technical guidance during design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Mentor developers and technical consultants on architecture and implementation best practices.
• Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and architecture diagrams.
• Support pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, and client workshops when required.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall IT experience with 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
• Expertise in designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, integrations, security, and governance.
• Experience in requirement analysis, solution design, and architecture documentation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to engage with senior leadership and drive architecture decisions.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
