Service Advisor Wanted at Priority Nissan Chantilly!

Priority Nissan Chantilly is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences while helping drive a successful service department, we want to hear from you.

Pay: $60,000 to $150,000 based on performance; position is commission based

What You'll Do

• Greet customers promptly and provide an exceptional service experience from start to finish.
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle inspections.
• Communicate repair progress and timelines with customers.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely vehicle delivery.
• Build lasting relationships through honesty, transparency, and outstanding customer service.
• Help achieve departmental sales, CSI, and performance goals.

What We're Looking For

• Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Sales experience and relationship-building skills are a plus.
• Computer proficiency and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
