Night Float opportunity with 84-bed Northern Dutchess Hospital in charming Rhinebeck, NY. It is part of the Nuvance Health™ system, which includes seven hospitals and several outpatient facilities serving both the Hudson Valley of New York and western Connecticut. Total Rewards
Salary: $475K
Sign-on Incentive: Up to $100K

Case Assignments & Schedule
• Schedule: 26 weeks on 26 weeks off Monday-Monday 7p-7a
• Endo, ortho, general, OB, ENT, uro, and chronic pain

Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership

Requirements
• MD or DO from an accredited institution 
• Completion of Anesthesiology Residency 
• Board Eligible or Board Certified  
• Current medical licensure 
• ECFMG/FLEX (if applicable) 

Northern Dutchess Hospital, $475K, $100K Sign on Incentive, 26 weeks on / 26 weeks off
