Night Auditor - Splendido a Belmond Hotel Portofino

We are looking for a Night Auditor to join our front of the house team.  

The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges.  

He/She is willing to provide authentic and luxury experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community. 

He/She will Report to the Front Office Manager. 

Main duties & responsibilities:

• Deal with all Front Office operations (check in; check out; escorting; cashier operations; guests’ care) according to Belmond policies, procedures and compliance with our code of conduct; 
• Daily closure, cashier check for all hotel venues, accounting reports, posting control, providing data to statistics and local government institutions; 
• Assist with all guest’s requests; 
• Handle emergencies according to procedures. 

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Italian; a third language preferred; 
• Previous work experience in the same position in 4/5 stars hotels; 
• Knowledge of hotel management software such as Infor HMS or others, Microsoft suite; 
• Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally.
