About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our HR & Recruitment team as interns or full time resource. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and people operations while working with a fast-growing SaaS startup.

As an HR & Recruitment Intern, you’ll be directly involved in sourcing, screening, and engaging with candidates, managing recruitment operations, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Drive the complete recruitment process – from sourcing talent to onboarding.

• Work hands-on with LinkedIn, job portals, ATS, and official company pages for candidate engagement.

• Conduct candidate screenings, initial interviews, and evaluations.

• Collaborate with recruiters, vendors, and internal stakeholders to achieve hiring goals.

• Gain exposure to account handling and broader people operations.
