Job description

A brand new opportunity for a New Homes Concierge working on a brand new site in Shrivenham. The site comprises of 550 units of 2,3,4 and 5 bed houses. With an amazing package of between £24,000 and £28,000 depending on experience.

The role doesn't require direct New Homes Experience but does require a high quality level of customer service/ concierge experience.

Duties:

Meet and greet customers into the Sales Suite

Financially Pre-qualify all customers

Ensure you fully understand customers needs

Direct customers to the correct parts of the suite

Home Demos

All suite admin tasks

Ensure high upkeep of the sales suite and outside areas

Maintain high levels of presentation

Give out appropriate information and advice

The role comes with a months initial training so that you understand the new build sector and different types of customer need.
