<New Graduate Hiring> Equipment Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Equipment performance continuous improvement - Collaborate with the supplier to improve machine quality/down time/jam rate and enhance the capability of equipment technology for fully automation.
• Support production - Root cause problem solving and define SOP/OCAP for technician competency enhancement by 1st time right repairing and effective predict maintenance
• Lead/involve in automation solution for structural utilization and quality improvement to achieve no risk of human error
• New technology introduction - Proactive survey/benchmarking  new technology from peer sites or industrial

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor or master degree, major in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and other related disciplines.
• Within 2 years of working experience in relevant field.
• Ability to speak and write in English and Mandaring fluently.

Preferred Qualification

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience as a leader with expertise in project.
• Passionate about self-learning
• Knowledge of 6-sigma and problem solving skills
• Basic application with invertor software for the hardware design. EX. Auto-CAD, Pro-E, 3DMAX or programming skill/concept.
