Job description
- Active Secret security clearance and U.S. citizenship with a valid passport
- IAT‑Level II (8570‑compliant) certification (e.g., Security+, GSEC, SCNP, SSCP, CISSP, CISA, GSE, SCNA).
- CCNA or JNCIA certification.
- Proven hands‑on experience with Cisco and Juniper routing/switching, firewalls (Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto).
- Solid understanding of the OSI model, TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, GRE tunnels, UDP multicast, SONET, and MSPP.
- Experience with WAN optimizers, TACLANEs, and optical transport equipment.
- Strong network traffic analysis, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication; proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Visio).
