Sonus System and Unit

Good knowledge of VOIP Functioning

Good knowledge of SO Services

Knowledge of KPN call flows and knowledge for used tools like, NMF or other Ticket Tracking tools

Good Written and Oral Communication skills

Willing to work in 24X7 Shifts between 10 AM to 11.00PM IST and on call after hours on rotation basis
