Requirements

• More than 5 years’ experience in Microsoft technologies - .NET 4.0/4.5, C#/VB.Net, ASP.NET , MVC or Model-view-controller (3.0 and higher) & WCF

• More than 5 years’ experience in SQL Server working with stored procedures, SSIS and SQL Reporting Services

• Experience with development in web technologies including Web Services, HTML, DHTML, XML, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS

• Capable of working in an Agile setting-ability to manage multiple priorities; ability to adapt to changing priorities 

• Knowledgeable of Design Patterns and unit testing 

• Experience in the full software development lifecycle. 

• Proactive team player with a *can-do* attitude. 

• Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills. 

• Experience working with Bloomberg, Intex, Markit and other external market data providers is also plus. 

• Excellent oral and written communication skills. 

• Analytical problem solving skills. Attention to detail and thoroughness a must. 

• Willing to automate existing manual tasks performed by the business users. 

• Will also be called upon to generate ad hoc reports and create & submit scripts for any data changes with quick turnaround times. 

• BS in Computer Science or related field. 

• 5+ years working experience, preferably in Capital Markets/ Banking/ financial industry


• 10+ years application development and implementation experience.

• This person will be responsible for the (C Sharp dot net, C#, MVC, WCF) development, Client Server and Intranet Web applications within the client's- Asset Backed Finance (ABF) Technology group. 

• The candidate will be heavily involved in the multiple applications that provide support to a wide range of products such as: ABS, Collateral Loan Obligations (CLO), Collateral Debt Obligations (CDO), Residential Mortgage, corporate loans, commercial loans, reverse repo with the various underlying collateral (such as Residential mortgages, MBS, RMBS, CMBS Securities and etc.), Auto Loans, Student Loans, Loan Servicing, Loan Pricing and Securitization will be value add. 

• The successful candidate must be a team player capable of working with a diverse group, front office, middle office, IT support groups and various wholesale operations groups. 

• Candidate should able to oversees overall systems testing and the migration of platforms and applications to production. 

• Develops new documentation, departmental technical procedures and user guides. 

• Leads projects, allocates and manages resources and manages the work of less experienced staff. 

• Working knowledge with Financial Securities industry and systems will be a strong plus.
