Mandatory:

• Strong hands on experience in
• .Net Framework and C#
• Asp.Net MVC    
• .Net Core    
• Web API    
• SQL    
• Hands on experience on ReactJS, Redux, Type Script, Testing frameworks and libraries like Jest and React Testing Library, Build tools such as Webpack
• Strong understanding of FluentUI, Responsive design, Accessibility best practices 
• Good communication and analytical skills

Good to have

• Angular,JS    
• Experienced in architecture patterns like SOA, microservices
• Leading a team of 5-6 developers
• Performance monitoring tools like Lighthouse, Cross-browser compatibility understanding
• Knowledge of Entity Framework and Linq
• Implement best practices and coding standards like sonar,FXCOP and stylecop
