Position: Configuration Management Data Engineer

Minimum Qualifications: To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:

· Good experience in CMDB data modeling and implementation approaches

· 2-3 years working with the ServiceNow platform a plus

· Experience and understanding of IP Networking, Devices, Network Design Methodology and configuration.

· Understanding and practice in Windows Domain and Unix System Administration

· Good understanding on ITSM processes

· Strong written and verbal communication skills and convincing capabilities

· Ability to react quickly and work under pressure

· Good analytical and problem solving skills to resolve technological problems
