Position Overview

We are actively hiring Class A CDL drivers for nationwide OTR dry van routes that deliver high-mileage weeks without requiring any physical unloading from the driver. If you want to stay moving and avoid congested Northeast lanes, this division is built for you.

The Earnings & Equipment

• Weekly Gross: Averages $1,525/week ($79,010 annualized target).
• Top Earners: High performers bring home up to $1,875/week ($97,250 top annual scale).
• CPM Base: Ranges from $0.54 to $0.58 CPM based on verifiable experience.
• Weekly Distance: Expect to run roughly 2,500 miles weekly in spacious condo sleeper units.
• Freight Characteristics: 100% no-touch dry van (mixture of live dock stops and drop-and-hook drops).
• Onboarding: Orientation is held locally at our Colton, CA facility.

Candidate Standards

1. Active Class A commercial license with 3+ months of recent tractor-trailer driving history.
2. Verified secure parking spot ready for equipment resets near your home base.
3. Clean MVR/safety history and ability to pass DOT pre-hire urine drug screens.
