Myk Laticrete- Asst./Specification Manager

Position Title- Asst./Specification Manager Sales- tile and Stone Specification Head
Basic Responsibilities

1.Execute Specification-Track project specification and convertion to mee the goals. in charge of all project sales and business development
2.Relationsip-Build and maintain a relatioship with architects, developers, contractors and key accounts & Govt
bodies.
3.Complaince-Ensure complaince with specification & tenders in projects.
4. Promote MYK Laticrete solutions through technical presentations, site visits, and training programs 5.Collaborate with sales and technical teams to support project execution and key accounts. 6.Maintain detailed reports on specifications, conversions, and engagement activities.
7.Act as a pilot for new innovations and products launched by MYKL, drive specifications, Approvals, and market rollout.8.Achieve monthly/yearly targets set by the management for all products under MYKL.

Deliverables (Broad KRAs)
1. Maintained a very healthy pipeline as per the branch target 2. Execute the key influencer activities and keep nurture them. 3. Convertions to sales from specification.
4. Focuss on specialize premium products.
5.Collarboration with MYK Arment for group specifiactions.

Graduate with min 05-08 years of experience in project sales
Proficiency in data analysis, interpretations, Excel, Powerpoint, Power BI, Salesf
