MY - Senior Dealing Specialist (Risk Management) Mandarin Speaking

Summary:

Join our Trading team as a Dealing Specialist, where you will oversee daily trading operations, monitor market and client trading activities, and support the continuous enhancement of our trading ecosystem. You will work closely with Risk, Product, Technology, and Liquidity Providers to ensure efficient trade execution, identify potential risks, optimize trading conditions, and deliver trading-related projects and system improvements. This role is ideal for candidates with strong CFD market knowledge, analytical capabilities, and a keen interest in dealing, risk management, and trading technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage daily trading operations across trading platforms, ensuring stable execution, pricing integrity, and uninterrupted trading services on a 24/7 basis.
• Analyze client trading activities, market exposure, and execution quality to identify abnormal trading patterns, potential risks, and optimization opportunities.
• Investigate trading incidents, execution disputes, pricing anomalies, and platform-related issues, providing timely resolution and recommendations.
• Work closely with Liquidity Providers (LPs), bridge providers, and internal stakeholders to maintain execution quality, platform stability, and competitive trading conditions.
• Participate in the design, enhancement, and continuous improvement of trading systems, dealing workflows, and risk management processes.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Risk, Operations, and Sales teams to deliver trading-related projects, system enhancements, and business initiatives.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), business validation, and post-implementation reviews for new features, integrations, and trading infrastructure changes.
• Contribute to the launch of new products, trading services, and market expansion initiatives by providing trading, operational, and risk assessments.
• Develop and maintain monitoring frameworks, operational procedures, and risk governance standards to improve operational efficiency and risk control effectiveness.
• Produce periodic analyses and management reports on trading performance, execution quality, and risk exposure.
• Participate in shift rotations, including weekends and public holidays, to ensure continuous support of global trading operations.
• Monitor and manage MT4/MT5 trading environments, including trading conditions, group and symbol configurations, and platform performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science/Information, Technology, Finance, Accountancy, Banking or equivalent

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Dealing, Trading Operations, Risk Management, Brokerage Operations, or related functions within the CFD, FX, or financial services industry.
• At least 2 Years of working experience with MT4 and MT5 Administrator & Managers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret trading data and identify meaningful insights.
• Experience participating in system enhancement projects, UAT testing, workflow optimization, or process improvement initiatives is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams. Fluent in Mandarin and English.
• Willingness to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced trading environment
