Requirements

-Key Responsibilities:
>Manage end-to-end recruitment, ensuring efficiency and client/candidate satisfaction;
>Provide strategic hiring advice to global clients;
>Build lasting client relationships by understanding their business and talent needs;
>Identify new business opportunities and offer tailored talent solutions;
>Monitor market trends to deliver informed, strategic guidance.

-Who You Are:
>1–3 years of experience in headhunting, HR recruiting, or B2B sales (internship experience also considered);
>Fluent in English and at least one of the following: Korean or Mandarin;
>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels;
>A strategic thinker with a proactive, results-driven mindset;
>A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment;
>MBA preferred but not required.
