Position Summary

The Multi-Modality Imaging Technologist will be required to perform DR plain film x-ray and two or all the following modalities:  MR, ULS, CT, CI, VI.  Technologists will be required to provide patient education and quality assessment activities for the division, under the direction of the Imaging Manager and/or Associate Director of Cardiovascular ServicesAt East Hospital the imaging technologist will work primarily as an interventional radiation technologist supporting two unique modalities: Interventional Cardiology (CI) and Interventional Radiology (VI)The position may require “floating” to the other departments to provide support for CI or VI.

Scope of Position:

The Multi-modality position applies in all locations where Imaging Services are provided: University Hospital, East Hospital, The James Cancer Hospital and OSUWMC Ambulatory Imaging locations.

Minimum Qualifications

For Hire: Current Radiography license, ARRT (R) required. Current Radiography ODH licensure required.  Minimum of 12 months experience in at least 2 advanced modalities (ULS, CT, MR, CI, VI) required
