Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Establish and improve process condition and technology.

• Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost.

• Establish and modify process management projects.

• Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment.

• Evaluation, promotion and planning of new equipment / materials.

• Abnormal analysis and improvement.

• Showcased robust technical proficiency in identifying and resolving Pin Card Fail issues at the equipment level.
• The analytical skills and hands-on experience have significantly contributed to improving tool utilization and reducing downtime.
• Key technical resource in cross-functional problem-solving efforts and show great potential for technical leadership.
• Lead with the team to integrate all of system to implement automation

Key Achievement

• Developed a detailed method for identifying Pin Card Fail root causes, decreasing analysis time
• Led cross-functional task forces to resolve recurring equipment-related failures.
• Implemented proactive maintenance procedures that decreased occurrences of Pin Card Fail incidents
• Develop AI solutions to ahead detect any problems

Development Goals

• Improve cross-functional communication and influence
• Build a knowledge-sharing platform for equipment failure analysis (TLP Sharing)
• Mentor less experienced engineers and foster technical growth within the team

Required Experience:

• Minimum 10+ years of proven experience in the Memory industry with an MS degree or 15+ years with a BS degree or equivalent experience
