Job Description
1.管理新產品導入, 確保符合公司流程, 使新產品順利量產.
2.執行新產品試產備料&來料異常處理.
3.改善生產異常, 建立Lessons Learned 避免再發.
4.優化 ECN變更/專案管理,使如期正確導入滿足客戶或BU要求.
5.主導接待客戶來訪工廠相關準備工作.
6.透過團隊溝通, 找出最佳方案.
7.優化各項專案推動的準時完成率, 使專案依計劃如期如質完成.
8 執行流程簡化, 優化&標準化, 以及工作流程持續改善, .提升專案管理穩定率.
