Motorcycle Bodywork Specialist

Working closely with the Bodyshop team and an existing team of dynamic individuals, the selected candidate will essentially be expected to:

• Carrying out the required diagnostic surveys as well as repairs on motorbikes.
• Ensuring that company and manufacturer operating policies are always followed.
• Being fully conversant with manufacturer technical publications and bulletins, maintaining them in an organised manner and referring to resource information when required.
• Making full use of manufacturer training and available technical information, and being fully familiar with the use of all workshop equipment.
• Promoting and enforcing safe work habits and housekeeping procedures to maintain a safe and clean workshop environment.
• Continually seeking ways to improve job performance and enhance personal development.
• Standing in for higher grades if and when required by the Company.

The ideal candidate should:

• have proven experience in motorcycle bodywork, panel repairs, and finishing.
• possess strong technical and diagnostic skills related to motorcycle repairs.
• be capable of working independently and taking initiative.
• be organised and able to work under pressure while maintaining high quality standards.
• have a strong attention to detail and commitment to workmanship excellence.
• have a good command of the English language.
• experience in intricate and specialised welding will be considered an asset.

Applicants must be in possession of a clean driving licence.
