We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Designer to produce engaging visual content for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and brand communication. As a Motion Graphics Designer, you will work closely with creative teams to develop high-quality animations, edit video content, and create visually impactful assets that enhance brand engagement across social media, digital advertising, and marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities

• Design and create high-quality motion graphics for digital campaigns, social media content, advertisements, explainer videos, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and creative teams to transform concepts into engaging visual experiences.
• Edit video footage and integrate motion graphics, animations, transitions, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
• Develop creative assets that align with brand identity and campaign objectives.
• Create engaging 2D animations, kinetic typography, and dynamic visual elements for multiple digital platforms.
• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest motion design trends, animation techniques, and creative tools to continuously improve content quality.
• Optimize video and animation assets for different social media channels and digital marketing platforms.
• Maintain organized project files and collaborate effectively throughout the creative production process.
• Ensure all deliverables meet creative, technical, and branding standards.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 1+ years of experience in Motion Graphics Design, Animation, or Video Editing.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience creating 2D animations, kinetic typography, transitions, and engaging motion graphics.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, pacing, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to transform creative concepts into impactful visual content for digital platforms.
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional creative teams.
• Experience working in an advertising agency, creative studio, or digital marketing environment will be an added advantage.
• Passion for design, storytelling, and continuously learning new creative tools and techniques.
