Job Description: PCG Equity Advisor

Experience Required: 5+ years
Certifications Required: NISM 8 / Currency

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising Super HNI clients on Equity, Derivatives, Currency, and Commodity Markets.
• Managing individual clients with a portfolio size of 25 lacs & above.
• Creating revenue and activating clients through effective advisory.
• Cross-selling other financial products such as Mutual Funds, PMS, and Insurance.
• Addressing and resolving client queries and complaints within TAT.
• Acquiring new clients and retaining existing clients through regular meetings.
• Conducting in-depth financial reviews to profile clients and recommend appropriate portfolios.
• Monitoring and improving advisor performance through call tracking, setting weekly targets, meetings, and conference calls.

Educational Qualifications:

• Minimum: Graduation & Above
• Preferred: Postgraduate

Note: Candidates should have a solid NHI/UHNI client base and be willing to bring their own clients.
