The job is simple. You drive to a property, take a few photos, note whether it looks occupied, and send a short report from your phone. Each stop runs about ten to twenty minutes, and across Tupelo, Saltillo, Pontotoc, and Verona you take the orders closest to you instead of driving all over.

You're paid for every inspection you complete, by direct deposit, and Mississippi is one of the better-paying regions in our network. As a 1099 independent contractor you set your own hours and decide how much you pick up.
