Mortgage Advisor

Due to expansion my client, who is a mortgage broker based on the Hampshire/Dorset border, is looking for Mortgage Advisor to join their team as soon as possible

Mortgage Advisor Role:

• To provide mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients 
• Support the customer's experience from initial enquiry to completion
• Access to whole of market for both mortgages and protection
• Leads provided
• To remain complaint at all times within FCA regulations
• Regular training
• Possibility to work from home one day a week 

About You:

• CeMAP qualified or similar
• Achieved CAS
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
• Able to present solutions to a wide and diverse client base
• Be hungry for success with a strong customer focus
• Ability to work in a fast paced targeted environment

The Package:

• Excellent starting salary of £23,000 to £27,000 DOE with uncapped commission, realistic OTE in second year £50,000 to £70,000
• Hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm with NO weekend working although these are FLEXIBLE
