Molding Process Engineer

1.Lead molding department CIP (Continue Improvement Plan) and optimize molding layout and process standard and 5S.

2.Lead molding technician team and seek new technology to enhance productivity. Manage molding tool try run, debug molding process and parameters, build tool try run report and production process document.

3.Optimize molding production process, adjust and lead and teach the technician for parameters setup.

4.Responsible for the production capability and initial process capability study and validation for new machine/tool.

5.Monitor the injection molding process capability and setup product validation plan together with team.

6.Cooperate with tooling engineer/supplier to solve the problems during the tool design, manufacturing and production.

7.Participate in process feasibility analysis for new project and raise professional comments.

8.Take part in supplier selection and evaluation, organize technical specification.

9.Comply with EHS requirements, monitor EHS execution.

10.Assignments from management level.
