In your daily job you will:
- Responsible for all process issues in manufacturing;
- Take leading of process analysis and improvement activities to solve FTQ issues;
- Prepare working instruction and process card for new production;
- Work with equipment engineer to ensure smooth production running;
- Process card release, modification and verification;
- Process analysis with tool;
- Machine equipment suggestion with tool debugging;
- Support quality complaint tool improvement; Support tool modify to fit various separator machines;
- CT (cycle time) improvement; CT compliance monitor;
- Tool transfer between different machine and PPAP arrangement;
- Run up and debug tool after TQD and PPAP.
Your Background
- Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering & automation control is preferred;
- Over 3 years related working experiences;
- Good communication & written skills in English;
- Have basic knowledge of plastic material & Molding injection process;
- Good at problem solving skill and data analysis.
