Molding process engineer

Your Role

In your daily job you will:

• Responsible for all process issues in manufacturing;
• Take leading of process analysis and improvement activities to solve FTQ issues;
• Prepare working instruction and process card for new production;
• Work with equipment engineer to ensure smooth production running;
• Process card release, modification and verification;
• Process analysis with tool;
• Machine equipment suggestion with tool debugging;
• Support quality complaint tool improvement; Support tool modify to fit various separator machines;
• CT (cycle time) improvement; CT compliance monitor;
• Tool transfer between different machine and PPAP arrangement;
• Run up and debug tool after TQD and PPAP.

Your Background

• Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:
• Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering & automation control is preferred;
• Over 3 years related working experiences;
• Good communication & written skills in English;
• Have basic knowledge of plastic material & Molding injection process;
• Good at problem solving skill and data analysis.
