Group Summary:

The Magna Exteriors portfolio of products includes access systems such as liftgates, exterior trim, modular systems, front-end modules including fascia, active aerodynamic systems and other lightweight structural components for automotive, commercial truck and other industrial markets.

Job Responsibilities:

This position reports to the Senior Mold Scheduler and will be responsible for the following:

​2nd shift flexible hours are required

Schedule tooling trucks, presses and punch presses for production to meet paint line scheduling
Perform service counts, inventory variance investigations, adjustments and corrections
Work with APQP to schedule trials and pre-production runs
Assist with resin ordering
Perform WIP counts to ensure accurate inventories
Participate in physical  inventories and cycle counts. Reconcile discrepancies.
Assist in tracking and communication of data for scrap, customer rejects, uptime, cycle time, etc.
Other duties as assigned…..
