Enterprise level support.

Excellent customer skills.

Must speak English fluently.

Enthusiastic desire to support customers in mobile environment.

Solid PC skills a plus as well.

Must have GREAT face to face skills as well as over the phone support skills.

Must present a professional appearance and attitude to the customer.
