Team Introduction:

Responsibilities:
1. Serve as subject matter expert and consultant to Employees, Candidates, Talent Acquisition, HR and key stakeholders, leveraging industry knowledge and acquired experience;
2. Design and implement key mobility processes by working with global stakeholders including Tax, Payroll, Legal, and Procurement while taking into account country, regional, and global requirements;
3. Work closely with the Performance & Incentives Team, as policy owners, to provide data driven insights to enhance policies and programs;
4. Work in partnership with cross regional counterparts to achieve alignment and results;
5. Serve as the process owner managing all Mobility vendors, including immigration, relocation, tax, and destination services to ensure processes are optimized and standards are adhered to.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications
1. Advantageous to have 1+ year working experience on mobility, HR process, onboarding or offboarding;
2. Bachelor’s degree or above;
3. Responsible and positive work attitude with the ability to deal with challenging tasks.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Background in Computer Science, Data Science, or HR Tech platforms with an AI-driven, automation-first mindset and experience managing operational trackers;
2. Knowledge of onboarding workflows, compensation, tax implications (global/mobility tax), and ability to perform cost calculations;
3. Hands-on experience conducting Day 1 orientations and reviewing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding to offboarding);
4. Strong planning, organization, and cross-functional coordination skills with excellent attention to detail and logic;
5. Self-motivated, high-integrity, able to work under multi-task and handle confidential information responsibly.
